This honey-soy glazed pork roast is a simple yet flavorful recipe perfect for a weeknight dinner or special occasion. The pork is marinated in a sweet and spicy glaze that caramelizes beautifully as it roasts. The result is juicy, tender meat with an irresistible flavor.

Ingredients:
3 lbs (1.5 kg) boneless pork shoulder
roast 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
2 tablespoons (20 g) Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon (10 g) paprika
1 teaspoon (7 g) black pepper
Instructions:
Marinate: Combine soy sauce, honey, mustard, paprika, and black pepper in a large bowl. Add the pork roast and turn to coat evenly on all sides. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and no more than 24 hours.
Roast: Preheat oven to 165°C (325°F). Remove the pork roast from the marinade and place it in a roasting pan. Roast for 2–3 hours, or until an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F) is reached.
Baste: During the last 30 minutes of roasting, baste the pork roast with the remaining marinade every 10 minutes.
Rest: Let the pork roast rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
