Today we are going to prepare a delicious dish of oven meat that will decorate any party table. The ease of preparation and tenderness of the finished meat will leave no one indifferent.
We choose pork for the dish, the loin or the carbonate is excellent, cut into large slices about 2 cm thick. We make neat cross-shaped cuts on each piece so that the meat becomes as sweet and juicy as possible.

Mix the mayonnaise and the mustard for the marinade in a bowl. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream for a lighter texture. Lubricate generously each piece of meat with this mixture, then turn it over and repeat the procedure.
