Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed (about 250g)
- 6-8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon dried herbs (thyme, parsley, or Italian seasoning)
- Optional: Sesame seeds or poppy seeds for garnish
Directions:
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll Out the Puff Pastry:
- Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle, approximately 12×9 inches.
