Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
Directions:
1. Prepare the Dough:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, and egg.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
2. Shape the Dough:
Lightly flour a clean surface and knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until it becomes soft and pliable.
Shape the dough into a round or desired shape.
3. Heat the Pan:
Heat a non-stick skillet or a heavy-bottomed pan over low-medium heat. Grease it lightly with butter or oil.
