Instructions
Step 1: Preheat and Prepare the Pan
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or line with mini cupcake liners to prevent sticking.
Step 2: Prepare the Brownie Batter
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth and glossy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, folding gently with a spatula until fully combined. The batter should be thick and fudgy.
Step 3: Fill the Muffin Tin
- Spoon the brownie batter into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Smooth the tops with the back of a spoon or a spatula to ensure even baking.
