- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.
3. Create the Chocolate Filling
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the baked crust, spreading it evenly.

5. Toast the Marshmallows
