✅️ Ingredients:

▶️ For the Cake:

◾️2 cups all-purpose flour

◾️2 cups granulated sugar

◾️2 large eggs

◾️1 tsp baking soda

◾️1 tsp vanilla extract

◾️1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice (do not drain)


▶️ For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

◾️8 oz cream cheese, softened

◾️1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

◾️4 cups powdered sugar

◾️1 tsp vanilla extract

◾️2–3 tbsp pineapple juice (from the can)


▶️ For Garnish:

◾️Fresh pineapple chunks or rings


✅️ Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Cake Batter

◾️Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

◾️In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, eggs, baking soda, vanilla, and crushed pineapple (with juice). Stir until well combined.


2️⃣ Bake

◾️Divide batter evenly between the pans.

◾️Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

◾️Cool cakes completely before frosting.


3️⃣ Make the Frosting

◾️Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.

◾️Add powdered sugar gradually, beating until fluffy.

◾️Mix in vanilla and pineapple juice for tropical flavor.


4️⃣ Assemble the Cake

◾️Place one cake layer on a serving plate and spread frosting evenly.
