🛒 Ingredients (Serves 6)

◾️1 lb ground beef

◾️1 onion, diced

◾️2 cloves garlic, minced

◾️1 bell pepper, diced

◾️2 carrots, sliced

◾️2 celery stalks, sliced

◾️1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes

◾️1 can (6 oz) tomato paste

◾️2 cups beef broth

◾️1 tsp dried oregano

◾️1 tsp dried basil

◾️Salt & pepper, to taste

◾️12 oz spaghetti, broken in half

◾️Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

✅️1. Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat.

✅️2. Add onion & garlic, sauté until fragrant.

✅️3. Transfer mixture to slow cooker.

✅️4. Add veggies, tomatoes, tomato paste, broth, and seasonings. Stir well.

✅️5. Cook 6–7 hrs on Low or 3–4 hrs on High.

✅️6. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in broken spaghetti. Cook until tender.
