
GARLIC BUTTER LOBSTER & SCALLOPS π§π¦ͺπ¦
π Ingredients:
↪️For the Lobster:
2 lobster tails
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Lemon wedges, for serving
↪️For the Scallops:
½ lb sea scallops (patted dry)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
π©π³ Instructions:
✅️Lobster:
1️⃣ Prepare the Tails – Use kitchen shears to cut down the top of each shell. Gently pull the meat up so it sits on top of the shell.
2️⃣ Make Garlic Butter – Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Generously brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
3️⃣ Broil – Place the tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8–10 minutes. Baste once halfway through. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
✅️Scallops:
1️⃣ Sear – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the scallops with salt and pepper. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Garlic Butter Finish – In the same skillet, melt butter and sautΓ© garlic for 1 minute. Return the scallops and toss to coat in the butter.
To Serve: Plate the lobster and scallops together. Spoon over any extra garlic butter from the pan, top with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges for a bright, zesty touch.
