◾️ 2 lbs beef chuck, cubed

◾️ 2 onions, finely chopped

◾️ 2 tbsp tomato paste

◾️ 1 tbsp curry powder

◾️ 1 tsp ground cumin

◾️ 1 tsp ground coriander

◾️ ½ tsp cinnamon

◾️ ¼ tsp ground cloves

◾️ ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

◾️ 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes

◾️ 1 cup beef broth

◾️ ½ cup coconut milk

◾️ Salt & pepper to taste

◾️ Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

◾️ Cooked basmati rice (for serving)


🔹️ Directions:

1. 🔥 Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high. Brown beef cubes in batches. Transfer to slow cooker.


2. ▶️ In the same pan, sauté onions until soft (5–6 mins). Add garlic, ginger, tomato paste, and spices. Cook 2–3 mins until fragrant.
