
Easy Homemade Beef Stew
👉Ingredients:
◾️ 1 lb beef stew meat
◾️ 3 cups beef broth
◾️ 2 carrots, sliced
◾️ 2 potatoes, diced
◾️ 1 onion, chopped
◾️ 2 cloves garlic, minced
◾️ 2 tbsp tomato paste
◾️ 1 tbsp olive oil
◾️ 1 tsp thyme
◾️ Salt and pepper to taste
👉Instructions:
1️⃣ Brown beef in olive oil; set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté onions and garlic until soft.
3️⃣ Add tomato paste, thyme, and beef broth; stir well.
4️⃣ Return beef to pot, add carrots and potatoes.
5️⃣ Simmer for 1 hour until vegetables and beef are tender.
6️⃣ Season with salt and pepper before serving.
👉Tips:
🔹 For richer flavor, sear beef in batches to get a nice crust.
🔹 Add a splash of red wine or Worcestershire sauce for depth.
🔹 Let stew rest 10 minutes before serving; flavors meld beautifully.
