◾️1 small onion, finely chopped

◾️1 cup heavy cream
◾️1 cup beef broth
◾️1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
◾️1 tbsp olive oil
◾️1 tsp paprika
◾️Salt & black pepper, to taste
◾️Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

↪️1. Boil pasta shells according to the package until al dente. Drain and set aside.
↪️2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. SautΓ© onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
↪️3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
↪️4. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
↪️5. Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
↪️6. Add in the cooked pasta and stir well to coat.
