🛒 Ingredients:

◾️ Salt & black pepper to taste
◾️ 3 tbsp olive oil
◾️ 3 tbsp unsalted butter
◾️ 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
◾️ 3 cloves garlic, minced
◾️ 3/4 cup Marsala wine
◾️ 3/4 cup chicken broth
◾️ 1/2 cup heavy cream
◾️ 1 tsp dried thyme
◾️ 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
👩🍳 Instructions:
🔹 Step 1:
🪶 Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season both sides with salt & pepper. Dredge in flour and shake off the excess.
🔹 Step 2:
🔥 Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
🔹 Step 3:
🍄 In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil + 3 tbsp butter. Sauté mushrooms for 4–5 minutes until browned.
🔹 Step 4:
🧄 Stir in garlic and thyme, cooking for another minute.
🔹 Step 5:
🍷 Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth. Scrape the pan to deglaze. Simmer for 8–10 minutes, until reduced by half.
🔹 Step 6:
🥛 Stir in heavy cream. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
🔹 Step 7:
↩️ Return the chicken to the pan. Spoon sauce over the top and simmer for 2–3 more minutes.
