Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 full crackers)
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream)
Topping:
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Instructions:

Make the crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish (or a 9-inch square pan for thicker layers).
- Chill in the refrigerator while preparing filling.

Prepare filling:
- Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in whipped topping gently until fully combined.

- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
- Spoon cherry pie filling on top, spreading gently.
