Ingredients
3 large eggs, separated (room temperature for best volume)
¼ cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
¼ tsp cream of tartar (or 1 tsp lemon juice/vinegar as a substitute)
1 tsp honey (optional, for subtle sweetness)
¼ tsp salt
Optional add-ins: Everything bagel seasoning, garlic powder, or herbs

Prep:

Whip Egg Whites:
