Bacon Puff Pastry Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed (about 250g)
  • 6-8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon dried herbs (thyme, parsley, or Italian seasoning)
  • Optional: Sesame seeds or poppy seeds for garnish

Directions:

  • Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll Out the Puff Pastry:
    • Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle, approximately 12×9 inches.
