Ingredients:

150 ml (⅔ cup) warm milk
6 g (2 tsp) yeast
250 g (2 cups) wheat flour
50 g (¼ cup) powdered sugar

10 g (1 tbsp) milk powder
15 g (1 tbsp) unsalted butter
1 egg yolk (for brushing)

Directions:

Prepare the Dough:
