Ingredients:
– 1 cup white chocolate chips
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1 teaspoon orange zest
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup crushed graham crackers
– 1/4 cup powdered sugar
– 1/4 cup orange juice
– 1 cup orange-flavored candy coating or white chocolate for coating
– Extra orange zest for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ganache:
– In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat.
– Add the white chocolate chips to the hot cream and let it sit for 2-3 minutes to melt.
– Stir until smooth, then mix in the orange zest and vanilla extract. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
