Layered Pita Roll with Eggs, Cheese, and Canned Fish

Full Recipe:
Ingredients
5 boiled eggs, grated
2 sheets of pita bread
100 g cheese, grated
1 can of canned fish, drained and flaked
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp boiling water
2 tbsp frozen butter, grated
Fresh dill, finely chopped

Mayonnaise to taste
Black pepper to taste
Steps to Make Layered Pita Roll with Eggs, Cheese, and Canned Fish
Prepare the Pickled Onions:
In a small bowl, mix the chopped onion with 1 tsp of sugar, ½ tsp of salt, and 3 tbsp of apple cider vinegar.
Pour 3 tbsp of boiling water over the onion mixture, stir well, and let it sit for 10-15 minutes to pickle. Drain any excess liquid before using.
Prepare the Filling Ingredients:
Grate the boiled eggs and set aside.
Grate the cheese and the frozen butter separately.
Flake the canned fish with a fork and set aside.
Assemble the Pita Roll Layers:
Lay the first sheet of pita bread on a flat surface.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the pita bread.
Evenly distribute the grated eggs over the mayonnaise layer, followed by a sprinkle of black pepper to taste.
