Recipe for Light and Airy Bread Rolls

1 teaspoon of sugar, which is equal to 5 grams.

1 teaspoon of salt, which is equal to 5 grams.

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

1 tablespoon of yogurt, which is equivalent to 20 grams.

1 glass of warm milk (200 ml)

2.5 cups of flour, which is equal to 300 grams.

Directions

Heat the oven before using it.

Preheat your oven to 250°C (482°F).

Make the dough:

In a big bowl, mix together 1 glass (200 ml) of warm milk, 1 teaspoon (5 grams) of sugar, 1 teaspoon (5 grams) of salt, 1 tablespoon (10 ml) of vegetable oil, and 1 tablespoon (20 grams) of yogurt. Stir everything together until all ingredients are mixed evenly.

Put in the flour.

Slowly pour 2.5 cups (300 grams) of flour into the mixture while stirring constantly until a soft dough is formed.

Work the dough by pressing, folding, and stretching it with your hands.

Work the dough for a few minutes until it is smooth and stretchy.

Form the dough.

Separate the dough into small pieces of the same size.

Form each part into a small, circular bread roll.

Get ready for baking.
