Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey) 🍖
- 1 small onion (diced) 🧅
- 2 cloves garlic (minced) 🧄
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni or rotini 🍝
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (with juice) 🍅
- 2 tbsp tomato paste 🍅
- 2 cups beef broth (or water with bouillon) 🥣
- 1 tsp mustard (yellow or Dijon) 🌭
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese (divided) 🧀
- ½ cup sour cream 🍶

Instructions:
Step 1: Brown the Beef
1️⃣ In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Break it apart as it cooks.

Step 2: Add the Liquids and Pasta

2️⃣ Pour in the diced tomatoes (with juice) and beef broth.
3️⃣ Add the uncooked pasta directly into the skillet. Stir to combine.
Step 3: Simmer
