2 cups (500 mL) coarsely chopped dried apricots

1 cup (250 mL) salted butter, softened
1/2 cup (125 mL) cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 teaspoons (7.5 mL) vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups (625 mL) all-purpose flour
1 tsp (5 mL) baking powder
2 cups (500 mL) coarsely chopped red and green glace cherries
1 cup (250 mL) dried candied mixed peel
1 cup (250 mL) chopped nuts
