Oh, how I love my cinnamon rolls! They are so easy and yummy!

I will give step by step instructions, and the complete recipe is at the end.

I also made a video that shows me pressing out the dough and rolling it up so you can see how easy it is! Look for it at the bottom of the post.

Start by putting warm water, sugar, oil, and yeast in your mixer bowl. Mix a little bit, then let it sit for 15 minutes.

Now add salt, eggs, and flour. Put the lid on and mix it for 10 minutes. Turn it off and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
For the dough:

1 cup warm milk

4 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast use the fast-acting kind!
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/3 cup canola or vegetable oil
4-4 1/2 cups all-purpose unbleached flour

For the filling:

1/3 cup salted butter softened

1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

For the frosting:
2 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
1/4 cup salted butter softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon corn syrup
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
