Ingredients:
🍊 6-7 mandarins (whole and peeled)
🥚 3 eggs
🥛 150 ml natural yoghurt
🥄 150 g wheat flour
🥄 100 g sugar (or erythritol for a sugar-free version)
🧈 50 ml vegetable oil (e.g. rapeseed)
🥄 1 teaspoon baking powder
✨ A pinch of salt
🍯 Optional: 2 tablespoons honey (to spread over the top after baking)
💡 How to do it?
1️⃣ Preparation of mandarins:
Peel the mandarins, but try to leave them whole. Place them on the bottom of a cake tin lined with baking paper (diameter approx. 22 cm). You can sprinkle them with some honey to make them even juicier. 🍊✨
