12 mushrooms
350 g beef
Sea salt
Pepper
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with salt, pepper and parsley well. Take about a tablespoon of the meat mixture, roll it into a ball and place it on a mushroom.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°. Remove the filled meatballs from the oven, sprinkle with mozzarella and put them back in the oven until the cheese has melted.
