Grilled Chicken Pita with Smoky Glaze

✅Ingredients (Serves 2):
2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 pita breads (or gluten-free pita)

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp honey

2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp melted butter (or olive oil for dairy-free)

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

✅Directions:

Marinate Chicken:

In a bowl, whisk olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken thighs, coating evenly. Marinate 30 minutes–2 hours (or overnight for bold flavor).
