½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼ cup heavy cream

Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the crust mixture into each muffin cup. Press down firmly using a spoon or your fingers to compact the crumbs.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool while you prepare the filling.
