Ingredients:
Whole chicken: 1 unit
Soft butter: 200 gr
Garlic: 3 cloves
Lemon zest: from 1 lemon
Lemon: 50 gr
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
Sweet paprika: 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
Olive oil: 4 tablespoons
Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
Honey: 1 teaspoon
Onions: 2 units
Sweet peppers: required quantity
Cooked potatoes: required quantity
Broccoli: 200 gr
Parsley: to taste
Lettuce leaves, tomato, cucumber, sweet pepper, red onion, corn, mozzarella: for salad
Olive oil, honey, mustard, vinegar, salt, black pepper: for dressing

Prepare the chicken:
Remove the wings and tail from the chicken. Cut as shown in the video.
Separate the skin from the meat with a spoon, taking care not to damage the skin.
Mix the softened butter with the minced garlic, lemon zest and lemon. Gently distribute this mixture between the skin and meat of the chicken.
Fry the chicken:
Heat a little butter and vegetable oil in a pan.
Lightly brown the garlic on both sides and remove it.
Brown the chicken in the pan for 10 minutes on each side.
Prepare the marinade:
In a bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, ketchup and honey.
Brush the chicken on both sides with this marinade.
Cook the chicken:
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
