Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Mashed Potatoes

  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced carrots, frozen peas, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, pepper, and beef broth. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the mixture is slightly thickened.
