Ingredients:
Plastic object (e.g. an old record cover)
Pure acetone
Polystyrene (for the alternative method)
Syringe
Aluminum duct tape
Instructions:
Liquid Plastic Preparation:
1.1. Break the plastic object into small pieces using small pliers.
1.2. Place the plastic pieces into a syringe.
1.3. Add pure acetone into the syringe.
1.4. Let the mixture sit for about two hours until the plastic dissolves.
Application:
2.1. Apply the liquid plastic solution directly onto the plastic piece you want to repair.
2.2. Make sure to apply the right amount of the solution for an effective repair.
