Tender apples, a touch of cinnamon, honey, and buttery dough come together in this simple dessert recipe for Apple Cinnamon dough. These pastries are delicious on their own, but they also make a great snack or dessert. In less than half an hour, you can whip up a tasty dessert with just a few easy steps!

What You Need:
Peel and slice two apples.
Two teaspoons of sugar (apple-specific)
Sprinkling of cinnamon
Spoonful of Ezoic Butter
Spoonful of honey
One Ezoic egg
Just a pinch of salt
Vanilla Total sugar content: 8 grams
Sixty grams of sugar (for the batter)
2-Tbsp. Ezoic Cornstarch
Volume of 50 milliliters of vegetable oil
Two teaspoons of Ezoic yogurt
Baking soda: half a teaspoon
To make 2 cups, or 250 grams, of flour

The Apple Filling Must Be Prepared:
Melt the butter in a pan set over medium heat. Toss in the honey, cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and chopped apples. Once the apples start to soften and release their aroma, cook for around 5 minutes. Allow the filling to cool before setting aside.
Get the Dough Started:
Blend the egg, 60 grams of sugar, vanilla sugar, and a sprinkle of salt in a mixing bowl until smooth. Assemble the yogurt, cornstarch, and oil by mixing well.
Mix in the Dry Mixtures:
The flour and baking powder should be sifted in gradually. Without overworking it, mix until a soft dough develops.

Pastry Assembly:
Preheat a lightly floured surface and roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch. Slice the dough into rectangles or cylinders. Fill the middle of each with a teaspoon of apple filling. To secure the filling within, fold the edges over.
Ready to bake? Preheat oven to 180°C (360°F). Pastries should be baked for about 20 minutes, or until they become golden brown, on a baking sheet coated with parchment paper.
