Ingredients:

250 grams chicken breast

100 grams rice

1 potato

2 carrots

2 tomatoes

1/2 onion

1 clove garlic

1 liter water

Prepare the Broth: In a large pot, combine the chicken breast with enough water to cover it. Add half of the chopped onion, the garlic clove, and a pinch of salt. Similarly, add the peeled and chopped potatoes and carrots to the pot.
