The first step is to get the oven hot, around 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Before you put aside, grease a muffin pan.
2. Press down on each biscuit dough ball and top with a cube of mozzarella. Carefully encase the cheese in dough, being sure to seal all sides.
3. Melt the butter and combine it with the minced garlic and Italian spice in a small bowl.
Roll each biscuit bomb in grated Parmesan cheese after dipping it in the butter mixture. Put one bomb in each muffin pan cup.
5. Let it bake for 10 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven, or until it becomes golden brown.
6. Take out of the oven and let it cool for a little while before you eat. While still warm, dip into marinara sauce and serve.
Changes and Hints
Spice up the butter mixture with diced jalapeños or a pinch of red pepper flakes for an extra kick. If you like your cheeses on the cheesier side, you may augment the mozzarella with shredded cheddar or Gouda. Herb lovers will find that a little bit of chopped basil or parsley truly brings out the best in any dish.
