
🍓 Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake
Ingredients:
1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
Optional: fresh strawberries and whipped cream for topping

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. Spread strawberry pie filling evenly over the bottom of the dish.
3. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drop spoonfuls over the pie filling and lightly swirl with a knife (don’t overmix).
4. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top of the entire dish.
5. Pour melted butter over the cake mix, making sure to cover as much as possible.
6. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
7. Let cool slightly, then serve warm or chilled. Top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries if desired.
💡 Tips:
You can use fresh or frozen strawberries with a bit of sugar and cornstarch if you don’t have pie filling.
Swap yellow cake mix for vanilla, white, or even strawberry cake mix for fun twists.
