
Spicy Garlic Chili Butter Chicken .
👉Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chili paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 cup chicken broth
Fresh chopped parsley or cilantro for garnish
Cooked rice, for serving
👉Directions:
Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika on both sides.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
Add chicken thighs and sear for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in chili paste, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, red pepper flakes, and chicken broth. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over it. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, letting the sauce reduce slightly and coat the chicken.
Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro and serve hot over rice.
