👉Ingredients:
▶️3 lbs beef chuck roast
▶️Salt and pepper, to taste
▶️2 tbsp vegetable oil
▶️1 large onion, sliced
▶️4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
▶️4 potatoes, cut into chunks
▶️3 cups beef broth
▶️1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
▶️2 cloves garlic, minced
▶️1 tsp dried thyme
▶️1 tsp dried rosemary
👉Directions:
✅️1. Sear the Roast
Season roast with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Sear the roast 3–4 minutes on each side until browned. Transfer to slow cooker.
✅️2. Add Vegetables & Garlic
Place onions, carrots, and potatoes around the roast. Sprinkle with minced garlic.
✅️3. Mix the Broth
In a bowl, combine beef broth, Worcestershire, thyme, and rosemary. Pour over everything in the slow cooker.
✅️4. Slow Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 8–9 hours (or HIGH for 5–6) until meat is fork-tender.
✅️5. Serve & Enjoy
Remove roast, slice or shred, and serve with the flavorful vegetables and gravy. Garnish with parsley if desired.
