These chocolate pecan turtle clusters bring back memories of sweet treats my mom used to make whenever we needed something extra special! 💕 Perfect for holidays, gifts, or just a cozy night in — these caramel-pecan chocolates are impossible to resist! 😍


✅ Ingredients:

🥜 Pecan Layer:

• 2 cups pecans

• Parchment paper (for easy cleanup)


🍯 Caramel Layer:

• 6 tbsp butter

• 1/2 cup light brown sugar

• 1/2 cup granulated sugar

• 1/2 cup light corn syrup

• 1/2 cup condensed milk

• 1½ tsp vanilla extract


🍫 Chocolate Layer:

• 2 cups chopped chocolate (milk or dark, your choice)


👩‍🍳 Directions:

👉 1. Toast the Pecans:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread pecans on a baking sheet and toast for 8–10 minutes until fragrant. Let cool, then chop lightly.


👉 2. Make the Caramel:

Melt butter in the microwave, then whisk in both sugars, corn syrup, and condensed milk. Microwave for about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick and golden.


👉 3. Combine Caramel & Pecans:

Stir in vanilla, then mix pecans into the caramel to coat evenly. Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.


👉 4. Melt the Chocolate:

Microwave chocolate in 30-second bursts, stirring each time, until smooth and glossy.


👉 5. Dip the Clusters:

Coat each caramel-pecan cluster in melted chocolate. Return to the tray and chill for another 30 minutes until set.

🔥 Chill Time: 1 hour total
