Fried Cabbage with Shrimp Sausage and Bacon




 Fried Cabbage with Shrimp, Sausage & Bacon 🥬🍤🥓


👉Ingredients:

◾️1 small head of cabbage, chopped

◾️1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

◾️1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced

◾️4 slices bacon, chopped

◾️2 cloves garlic, minced

◾️2 tbsp olive oil

◾️1/2 tsp smoked paprika

◾️Salt and pepper to taste

◾️Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


👉Directions:

✅️In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.

✅️Add the sliced sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside with the bacon.

✅️In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, then add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp turns pink. Remove the shrimp and set aside.

✅️Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet, season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.

✅️Return the sausage, bacon, and shrimp to the skillet. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
