๐Ÿ›’ Ingredients:

◾️ 4 boneless chicken breasts

◾️ 1 lb baby potatoes (red & yellow), halved

◾️ 4 cloves garlic, minced

◾️ 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

◾️ 2 tbsp olive oil

◾️ 2 tbsp butter

◾️ 2 tbsp lemon juice (or balsamic vinegar for a twist)

◾️ 1/2 cup chicken broth or stock

◾️ 1 tsp paprika

◾️ Salt & black pepper to taste


๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ Instructions:

๐Ÿ”น Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).


๐Ÿ”น Step 2:

๐Ÿ”ฅ Sear the chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden on both sides (about 2–3 minutes each). Transfer to a baking dish.


๐Ÿ”น Step 3:

๐Ÿฅ” Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange them around the chicken.


๐Ÿ”น Step 4:

๐Ÿง„ In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic, lemon juice, and chicken broth. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.


๐Ÿ”น Step 5:

↪️ Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken and potatoes in the baking dish.


๐Ÿ”น Step 6:

๐Ÿ”ฅ Roast in the oven for 35–45 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked (165°F/74°C) and potatoes are tender.

๐ŸŒฟ Garnish with fresh parsley and spoon the buttery sauce over before serving.
