
◾️Delicious Chicken and Green Onion Stir-fry
👉Ingredients:
▶️2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
▶️3 tablespoons soy sauce
▶️1 tablespoon cornstarch
▶️1 tablespoon vegetable oil
▶️1 bunch green onions, chopped (white and green parts separated)
▶️2 cloves garlic, minced
▶️1 tablespoon ginger, minced
▶️1/4 cup chicken broth
▶️1 tablespoon honey
▶️Salt and pepper to taste
👉Instructions:
✅️In a bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
✅️Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
✅️Add white parts of green onions, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
✅️Pour in chicken broth and honey. Bring to a simmer, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
✅️Return chicken to the pan, Cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until heated through.
◾️Season with salt and pepper to taste.
◾️Garnish with chopped green onions
◾️Serve over rice or noodles.
