Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken

✅️Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken with Rotini in Parmesan Sauce

👉Ingredients:

12 oz rotini pasta

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes

3 tablespoons butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)

👉Instructions:

✅️1. Cook the Pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini and cook until tender but still firm (al dente). Drain and set aside.

✅️2. Cook the Chicken:

In a large skillet or sauté pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden on the outside and fully cooked inside. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.

✅️3. Make the Sauce:

In the same skillet, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, just until fragrant. Slowly pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, whisking gently to combine.

✅️4. Add the Cheese:

Once the sauce is warm, stir in the Parmesan and mozzarella. Let everything melt together into a rich, creamy sauce. Simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.

✅️5. Combine Everything:

Return the chicken and cooked pasta to the skillet. Stir until everything is evenly coated with the creamy garlic-parmesan sauce.

✅️6. Serve:

Top with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm. It’s creamy, cheesy, garlicky comfort food your whole table will love.

⏱️ Prep Time: 10 minutes

🔥 Cook Time: 25 minutes

🍽️ Serves: 4

👉3 Quick Tips:

↪️1. Use freshly grated cheese – It melts smoother and tastes better than packaged shredded cheese.

↪️2. Cook pasta just until al dente – It will continue to soften slightly in the sauce.

↪️3. Want more flavor? – Add a pinch of chili flakes or a squeeze of lemon juice to brighten the sauce.
