➡️ 4 slices prosciutto

➡️ ½ cup chicken stock
➡️ 1 cup heavy cream
➡️ 1 tsp Dijon mustard
➡️ 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
➡️ 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese

➡️ Salt & black pepper, to taste

1. 👉 Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken on both sides until golden (4–5 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
2. 👉 In the same pan, cook prosciutto until crispy (2–3 minutes per side). Remove and drain on paper towels.
3. 👉 Sauté shallot and garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
4. 👉 Deglaze with apple cider and chicken stock, scraping up browned bits. Simmer 3–4 minutes to reduce slightly.
5. 👉 Stir in cream, Dijon, and thyme. Simmer 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
6. 👉 Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, cover, and cook 8–10 minutes until done.
7. 👉 Top with shredded Gruyère, cover to melt.
8. 👉 Finish with crispy prosciutto and a sprinkle of parsley.
