πIngredients:
◾️ 8 sausages
◾️ 4 large potatoes, peeled & quartered
◾️ 1/4 cup milk
◾️ 2 tbsp butter
◾️ Salt & pepper, to taste
◾️ 1 large onion, thinly sliced
◾️ 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
◾️ 2 cups beef broth
◾️ 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
◾️ Oil for cooking
πDirections:
πΉ️ Cook sausages: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown sausages on all sides, cooking through (15–20 mins). Remove & set aside.
πΉ️ Make mash: Boil potatoes in salted water (20 mins) until tender. Drain, mash with milk & butter, season with salt & pepper.
πΉ️ Onion gravy: In the same skillet, cook onions until caramelized (10 mins). Stir in flour. Gradually whisk in beef broth & Worcestershire sauce until thickened.
πΉ️ Serve: Layer creamy mash, top with sausages, and drizzle generously with onion gravy.
