◾️ 4 large potatoes, peeled & quartered

◾️ 1/4 cup milk

◾️ 2 tbsp butter

◾️ Salt & pepper, to taste

◾️ 1 large onion, thinly sliced

◾️ 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

◾️ 2 cups beef broth

◾️ 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

◾️ Oil for cooking
