4 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 tbsp butter (softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 tbsp heavy cream (for desired consistency)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the sides.
Make the Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and set aside.
Prepare Cinnamon Swirl: In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to form a cinnamon swirl mixture. Set aside.
