Cheesy Cream Cheese Corn Casserole

 

Ingredients:
- 2 cans (15 oz each) sweet corn, drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers (for topping)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (for topping)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, milk, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Stir in the drained sweet corn, ensuring it is well coated with the cream mixture.
4. Spread the corn mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, spreading it over the entire surface.
6. In a separate small bowl, mix the crushed buttery crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the cheese layer.
7. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
