Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Place a layer of lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by a layer of the cheese mixture.
Repeat the layers (meat sauce, noodles, cheese mixture) until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of meat sauce.
Sprinkle the top with the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake:
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese on top is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.
