Milk: 150 ml (⅔ cup), warm

Prepare the Meat Mixture:

- Soak the diced bread in warm milk for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess milk.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the soaked bread, minced meat, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Prepare the Potato Mixture:

- Grate the potatoes and squeeze out any excess moisture.
- In a separate bowl, combine the grated potatoes with warm milk, melted butter, egg yolk, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Assemble the Patties:

- Take a portion of the meat mixture (about 2 tablespoons) and shape it into a patty.
- Flatten the patty slightly and add a small amount of grated cheese and chopped boiled egg in the center.

- Fold the patty around the filling, sealing it completely.
- Coat each patty in the potato mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
