Directions

Prepare the Meat Mixture:

    1. Soak the diced bread in warm milk for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess milk.
    2. In a mixing bowl, combine the soaked bread, minced meat, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Prepare the Potato Mixture:

    1. Grate the potatoes and squeeze out any excess moisture.
    2. In a separate bowl, combine the grated potatoes with warm milk, melted butter, egg yolk, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

Assemble the Patties:

    1. Take a portion of the meat mixture (about 2 tablespoons) and shape it into a patty.
    2. Flatten the patty slightly and add a small amount of grated cheese and chopped boiled egg in the center.

      1. Fold the patty around the filling, sealing it completely.
      2. Coat each patty in the potato mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Cook the Patties:

      1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
      2. Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve:

    • Serve the patties warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as sour cream or marinara.
