Preparation
Simply toast all the slices of bread and arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper to form a large square
Cut the tomatoes into slices approx. 0.5 cm thick and spread them on the slices of toast. Season the tomatoes very well with the seasoned salt.
Now roughly chop or pluck the basil leaves and place them on the tomatoes.
Then cut the mozzarella into slices and cover the slices of toast with them (1 ball for 2 slices of toast).
Now bake the toast on the middle rack at 200 °C top/bottom heat for 25 minutes (do not preheat the oven!).
The mozzarella must be browned and completely melted.
