Ingredients:
1 zucchini
2 potatoes
1 onion
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
3 eggs
200 ml milk
130 grams flour
5 grams baking powder
Parsley
Preparation:
Grate the zucchini and the two potatoes.
Place them in a bowl and add the salt.
Sauté the onion in a pan.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, flour and baking powder.
Squeeze the zucchini and potatoes and add to the bowl.
Add the parsley, onion and mix well.
Cook the crepes and enjoy them as you prefer.
