Ingredients and Preparation Time:
2 chicken fillets
Salt, black pepper, paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
Vegetable oil for frying
2 onions
1 carrot
1 blue onion
2 tablespoons tomato paste
150 ml hot water
1 cup rice
1 tomato
1 bell pepper
150 grams corn
Fresh dill for garnish
Preparation Time: Approximately 30 minutes
Directions:

Season the chicken fillets with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken fillets and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add a bit of vegetable oil if needed. Add chopped onions, carrot, and blue onion. Sauté until the onions are translucent and the vegetables are slightly softened.
Stir in the tomato paste and cook for another minute to enhance the flavor.
Pour in the hot water and bring the mixture to a simmer.
